Semi-Hardcore Survival

Death matters now. If you die, you are locked out for 24 hours. Your friends can bring you back early, but reviving someone comes with a real cost.

Death Lockout

When you die, your 24-hour lockout starts immediately. You can come back when the timer expires.

Friend Revives

Another player can use /revive {username} to let you respawn early.

Revive Cost

Reviving a player sacrifices one heart container for 24 hours. Helping a friend makes you weaker for a while.

No Hearts Left

If you sacrifice all your hearts, you are also locked out for 24 hours. Choose your revives carefully.

Revive Command /revive username

Use this only when you are ready to give up one heart container for 24 hours.

Rules

By playing on The Block Server, you agree to the Semi-Hardcore rules above and the official Mojang, Microsoft, and Xbox standards:

Server Settings

The server is still survival-focused, but Semi-Hardcore changes what death and reviving mean.

SemiHardcore enabled

Dying starts a 24-hour lockout unless another player revives you.

/revive 1 heart

Reviving another player costs one heart container for 24 hours.

locatorBar false

Player locator bar is disabled for a cleaner survival experience.
